Visa Letter Request

Dear IMOC 2025 Attendees,

If you are planning to travel to Brazil to participate in the IMOC 2025 conference, you may need a VISA. For information about visa requirements to enter Brazil, send to us some information.
Please note that many countries are exempt from needing a visa for short stays in Brazil.
 

To request a Visa Letter, please send an email to imoc2025@gmail.com with the following information:

• Subject: Invitation Letter for IMOC 2025
• Full Name: Complete name of the IMOC 2025 attendee and passport number/details
• Company/Institution Details: Name, sector/department, address, and telephone

European Union citizens are exempt from VIVIS; citizens of Australia, Canada, and the United States can apply for an electronic visa at this link.

Citizens of other nationalities and residents under the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of Brazil in Porto can check whether they need a short-term visa for Brazil, based on their nationality, by clicking here.
