Registration Policies

Full conference registration for associated members of partner societies (SBMO and IEEE), as well as non-members, includes admission to all Technical Sessions, Conference Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception, and the Conference Gala Dinner. Members of associated societies must present proof of membership at the registration desk.

Student and emeritus registrations include the same benefits except for the Conference Dinner. A valid student ID must be presented at the time of badge pickup.

Note: Post-doctoral researchers are not considered students. Emeritus status is granted to fully retired members.

To be published in the IMOC 2025 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of each accepted paper must be registered under a FULL registration category (member or non-member). Additionally, the paper must be presented at the conference by one of its authors.

One FULL registration allows the upload of up to two (2) papers on which the registrant is an author or co-author. The publication of one (1) additional paper is allowed through the payment of an additional fee of R$ 250.00, provided that the author is already registered under a professional category.

The paper must be presented in person at the conference unless permission is granted in advance by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) Chair for a substitute presenter who is qualified to both present and answer questions.
