Registration Policies
Full conference registration for associated members of associated societies (SBMO and IEEE) and non-members includes admission to the Technical Sessions, Conference Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Drinks and Conference Gala Dinner. Members of associated societies should provide the society member identification at the registration desk.
To be published in the SBMO IEEE MTTS IMOC 2023 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate.
One FULL REGISTRATION allows the author to upload up to two (2) papers on which he/she is an author or co-author. One additional paper (a third paper) is allowed through the payment of an additional fee. Please use the registration confirmation code to upload the final paper(s). Sharing of the paper upload code is strictly prohibited. The deadline for author registration with discount is October 9th, 2023.
The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission in advance of the event for a substitute presenter, who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
